Air compressors are the operation power for most of quarries. Energy supply, crusher, rock drill and air pick are all pneumatic and driven by air compressor. Pneumatic crane moves the heavy large flagstone. In the forge workshop in quarry, hammer, abrasive tool and other cutting tools are operated by air compressor. At present, many quarries use air compressor to drive the steam pump to improve efficiency.
