The plastic products that formed by pressure technology are got out from mould with pneumatic function. And many later processes are finished by air compressor, such as drilling, polishing, grinding and painting, etc.

Plastic moulding and processing has become a very large and important industry. The even and controllable force from air or vacuum is exerted on the soft plastic sheet, then gently mould it to the needed shape. Usually it is not a simple process, in order to keep the components same thickness and be able to finish other functions, all kinds of technology are developed. Sometimes the compressed air is the mould itself, for example, when manufacturing the windshield of helicopter and other similar optical plastics, solid mould will reduce or destroy the transparency of plastics.

Pneumatic clamp keep the model at the right place and move the baffle from mould. Extrusion treatment of plastic is finished by compressed air supporting the thin pipe, shaping, cooling and flatting the plastic pipes after leaving the die. Screw air compressor and high pressure piston air compressor are the perfect match with injection moulding machine and blow moulding machine.
